Threat Analysis of Religious Intolerance and Drug Abuse in East Java

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the threat of religious intolerance and drug abuse in East Java. Because the statistical figures of religious intolerance and drug abuse are always increasing, even these two issues have penetrated among students. Therefore, vigilance and effective strategies are needed to suppress them so that they do not become a threat in East Java Province. Through FGDs held in five districts in East Java, namely Malang, Madiun, Pamekasan, Bojonegoro, Jember. This article recommends multi-stakeholder partner collaboration as a strategy in dealing with issues of religious intolerance and drug abuse given the government's limitations in suppressing and dealing with these two threats.
